Book excerpt: This book is a synthesis of three of my previous books, "Monk or Warrior", "Eat fat to lose fat" and "How my immune system beat cancer". I put them together in an ultimate compilation, mainly (but not only) for our students to have a complete vision of what they are about to learn and the martial-arts-and-health-journey we want to take them on. Yet, it is their choice to embrace the whole teaching or not... They can choose to only learn the Martial Art part, the Tai Chi part, the nutrition, the philosophy or the spiritual aspect of our programs. The main reason for this teaching to exist is FREEDOM, so I will never push anyone to follow my personal way or to do something that is not who they are. On the contrary, my dream is for all our students to develop their own way, and to break free from any pressure, being from their past, family, society, the food industry, their job, or even mine!
