Its customer, the meditator, holds the first key of relentless practice. Banker, the God, applies His key and opens the locker only after the customer applies his key properly. An expert tennis player practises same shot repeatedly to make his muscles memorize it, and respond accurately in real play. A Yogee should similarly keep his body, mind and soul fit. A spark ignites a firecracker that causes more fireworks. Similarly, every spark of Sakaam Karm generates a chain of reactions. We must extinguish such sparks with water of self-control.
