The result showed that 61% of the CFD respondents disagree that the Department's cultural diversity training program has made a difference in their Department. Where it may not have affected some underlying beliefs, it has brought about an awareness and respect for the beliefs and concerns of minorities. The majority feel that this training has not assisted them with the management and supervision of their personnel. However, they perceive that this training has given employees at all levels the same information - a guide to go by and an awareness of others' feelings.
