The study is to develop multiple item scale for assessing internet banking service quality is based on Indore district of Madhya Pradesh because no such study has been performed so far. Data is collected from internet banking users of various tehsils of Indore district. Through Cronbach's Alpha Test of Reliability, Bartlett's Test of Sphericity and KMO test we prepared reliable scale for internet banking service quality in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh, India.
