Book excerpt: This book is a new primary text for use in clinical, externship, legal writing, interviewing, negotiation, counseling, trial/appellate advocacy, and doctrinal courses. This text centers narrative theory as an effective way to teach law school courses and to practice the full range of lawyering skills.
