Book excerpt: The purpose for The Overcomers is to impart illumination, revelation, truth, and inspiration to believers in these end times concerning the Godly attributes and character traits that make believers the overcomers Christ desires us to be. We analyze in this book all things from a Biblical perspective. We focus on Christ's great redemption. He paid the price to redeem lost humanity with His own blood! We emphasize that overcomers praise God during all times, regardless of circumstances, problems, or tragedy. We examine how overcomers contend for the faith for you cannot be an overcomer if you fail to fight! There are rewards and blessings reserved for the overcomers in eternity. God has appointed times and seasons when He releases His favor, goodness, peace, and prosperity in our lives during our time here on earth. Christ Jesus is our perfect example and the One we pattern our lives and ministries after! James was supernaturally delivered from drugs and alcohol. He graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in 1999. There he received his minister's license and went on a missions trip to Israel. James also attended Dallas Baptist University. Finally, James was ordained in January 2003 at Body of Christ Church in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and ministers the Word of God with boldness, passion, authority, and clarity.
