The principal audience for TC 7-21.13 is all Soldiers of the Army Profession, but primarily those from ranks of PVT thru SPC. TC 7-21.13 applies to the Active Army, Army National Guard (ARNG), United States Army Reserve (USAR), and Army civilians unless otherwise stated.
