Part 3 provides for the continuing execution of Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition. Part 4 implements Directive 2002/32/EC, as amended from time to time, on undesirable substances in animal feed. Part 5 implements Commission Directive 2008/38/EC, as amended from time to time, establishing a list of intended uses of animal feedingstuffs for particular nutritional purposes
