New entities such as the Limited Liability Limited Partnership (LLLP) and the Limited Liability Company (LLC) have also arisen in the last decade. Basic agency concepts have been persuasive in shaping the development of statutory liabilities, especially in the area of sexual harassment, and the influence of agency law will only increase in the coming years, as work proceeds on the Restatement (Third) of Agency.
