Nobody can see or hear them but the can feel the effects of being in their shadow. This story will also include a look into the life of someone affected by Anxiety. My hope is that this story, and the other stories to come, will shed some light on mental illnesses and make them not seem as scary to people who have them or know someone who does. It will also show how hurtful it is to know someone with the illness or to be the person with the illness. No, mental illness isn't a joke; in fact, it's very real. This story explains how real Anxiety is, but also gives Anxiety a side of the story too.
