Grigorie a pensioner from Romania deserted by his two sons, coming to see how they fared. One lives in a prestigious city of Boca Raton Florida, succeeding in business only within few years and coming closer to living the American dream;. Grigorie after couple of weeks in Boca doesnt see whats so good about this life, his views clash with his son and some others who believe they are the lucky ones to be here. Together with his in-law Petru (who immigrated to America more than 30 years ago), they realized that these seekers of the good life have not done the right thing in abandoning their culture. The beauty, freedom, and happiness of the past cannot be brought back.
