There has been several books written as a result of many cases of women suffering after the death of their husband in African. Thus, this book is an examination of women's rights of inheritance in Nigeria and in comparison with that Botswana, Zambia and Ghana. Different cases, treaties were investigated to back of the claim in this book. It took a little bit of traveling to get the fact right which implies that this book is not one of the online copy and paste work. Also, I have written this book to enlighten the world about the law governing women inheritance and how they might be improved upon. All cases used were taken from archives and journals from professors in Law, this book can guide your understand as a law students, lecturer and independent bodies.
