Safety Valves In The Form Of Comprehensive Social Security Network Are Very Essential For Avoiding Tensions In Society And Lessening Opposition To Reforms.The Volume Has A Wide Coverage And Includes Papers Written By Nineteen Economists Spread Over The Whole Country.
