Other family members represented include first immigrant George Abbott (1617-1681), his English ancestors including William Abbott (1470-1582), descendants of George who moved to Dexter, Me., five brothers: Abel (1786-1862), Paschal (1788-1859), Jeremiah (1790-1879), Amos (1795-1866), and Joshua (1797-1855) Abbott, and their cousin, Samuel Abbott (1783-1862).
