También presenta la fortaleza y la belleza de algunas personalidades que produjeron momentos de gran reflexión, felicidad y alegría, aun en medio del dolor; mostrando como Dios está siempre presente. El papel de una familia amorosa como fuente de apoyo durante momentos de serias enfermedades es magnificado en la parte final del libro. The astonishment for the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of the hope lodge, as well as deep appreciation and gratitude to the staff and volunteers that do almost the impossible to satisfy the sick.
