This fictional story, Horror on the Sea Master, details the life of a young Japanese man who was a genius. He became a highly regarded naval engineer and naval captain. It was always his dream to build the largest and the most technologically built ship in the world. He was successful in attaining his dream by finally building such a ship. He felt that by building the ship, he would restore the honor and prestige of Japan and establish Japan as an industrial power in the world once again. Those that traveled on the Sea Masters maiden voyage, as well as the world, never imagined the impact the Sea Master would have.
