As life happened, how their retirement plan transformed over the years to keep up. Financial plans need to be nimble and regularly updated. This is why retirement plans are not a once and done. These real-life examples help retired or soon to be retiree(s) understand what money truly means to them. This is well above and beyond day to day fixed expenses and more about what gives one purpose in life. I realize that many folks want to keep costs down and do things themselves. Throughout the book I throw in tips to help retirees avoid common mistakes. The goal is educating and helping people set up their retirement distributions to meet their retirement goals. The distribution planning also addresses how retirees do not need to change their retirement lifestyle or income even after a market downturn or recession. Rather, how to potentially increase retirement distributions despite these probable market downturns.
