It has a very broad and comprehensive meaning of all-around development of one‟s personality and life. Only he can be in full control of one‟s senses and the self who is completely balanced from every point of view physical mental, intellectual and spiritual. The word "health‟ has been derived from "holos" which means purity. It implies that only he can be healthy who leads a holy life. Diagnosis and cure at the level of mind, body, and spirit can provide complete health. In this state, all parts of the body function properly and systematically. One is always happy and cheerful. The soul is full of joy and happiness. Only this state can be said to be total health.
