Book excerpt: Disruptions possess a crucial role in shaping various dimension of our lives with their feedback signals. However, the terminology of disruption is becoming a buzzword in the 21st century, and in this research, I try to study endogeneity of disruptions with an analogy of nexus in social, economic, political and scientific contexts. Breakthrough disruptions are not accidental, but a result of a long-term dynamic accumulation of disruptions with rather a small magnitude. disruptions possess risk and this require risk sharing; therefore, tackling accumulated disruptions by means of various absorption, adaptation and transformation strategies enhances the resilience of a given society, economy and politics. Moreover, a historical analysis of modern Europe from the 18th century until 20th demonstrate a dynamic nexus of disruption formation as an example which could be enhanced in its scope of application with further empirical research.
