This book is meant to comfort trauma survivors in letting them know they are not alone, to break social taboos regarding discussion about mental illness, provide strategies and tools for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) survivors, and to share a vision about a role for marital arts as a therapy for PTSD.
