Book excerpt: For the first time the subfamily Agathidinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) from Vietnam is revised. Two new genera are described and a pictorial key to the genera of Vietnam and neighbouring countries is given. Forty-two new species (out of 65) are described and all species (except one) are illustrated by colour photographs. Thirteen species are newly recorded for Vietnam; in addition 8 new synonyms and 40 new combinations are proposed.
