In November the support price became the top price as a rule. In order to clarify the support level at various places, an order was issued setting this level at $1 under the cpa price ceiling beginning November 29, 19h}. This general support level is now being adjusted in various sections to bring the prices at certain markets into their normal relations to the market at Chicago and other important centers.
