Book excerpt: Excerpt from The State of Ohio, Vol. 77: General and Local Laws and Joint Resolutions, Passed by the Sixty-Fourth General Assembly at Its First Session, Begun and Held in the City of Columbus, January 5, 1880 Sec. 4. That while the title to the grounds so purchased, if any be purchased, shall be vested in the county commis sioners for the use and benefit of any such county, the con trol and management of the lands and the improvements thereon erected shall be vested absolutely in the board of directors of such society, and no change of name or other cause shall ever interfere in any manner with the control of the property, or the management thereof, so long as a county agricultural society within such county is governed by the regulations of the Ohio state board of agriculture.
